NOS Elektro holds two official Norwegian authorizations, empowering us to deliver both low-voltage electrical installations and electronic communication (ekom) systems for offshore vessels operating on the Norwegian continental shelf or under the Norwegian flag.
We are registered in the national Elvirksomhetsregisteret (Electrical Enterprises Register), allowing us to perform and certify low-voltage electrical installations in accordance with Norwegian regulations. In addition, we are certified as an ENA installer and registered with Nkom (the Norwegian Communications Authority), enabling us to carry out electronic communication installations such as data and telecom networks.

Beyond installation, NOS Elektro also performs maintenance, inspection, and repair work on electrical systems onboard drilling rigs. Our typical scopes include Ex inspection and maintenance, repair and replacement of systems such as fire & gas detection, heat trace, lighting and floodlights, and PAGA systems.
