Whistleblowing

This enables you to report concerns about potential misconduct within NOS or any of our operations. All NOS employees and contractors have a legal right to report such matters, and we also welcome notifications from external partners working with or for NOS.

Misconduct includes any action that violates laws, NOS policies, or widely accepted ethical standards.

Examples of issues you may report include:

  • Corruption or financial misconduct
  • Environmental violations
  • Harassment or discrimination
  • Unsafe working conditions
  • Situations that may endanger life or health
